Authors submit abstracts (maximum 250 words) for both oral and poster presentations.
Peer Review
The scientific committee evaluates all submitted abstracts based on their originality and quality through a peer review process.
Abstract Acceptance
Authors of accepted abstracts are encouraged to submit full papers.
Full Paper Publication
Full papers will be published in the open-access proceedings, indexed in Scopus.
Purpose of Peer Review
The peer review process ensures that the research presented at ISFFS meets rigorous standards of accuracy, validity, and significance.
General Peer Review Process for Full Paper:
Authors submit their work to conference Committee.
The editorial board assesses the manuscript for suitability and scope.
Before being sent to reviewers, all manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.
The editorial board identifies and invites potential reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
Double blind peer-review. Reviewers assess the manuscript’s quality, originality, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editorial board makes a decision about the manuscript (acceptance, rejection, or request for revisions).
